You can in-studio at Una Vida Meditation & Movement in Niwot, Colorado, OR via livestream. Training begins at 6:00 pm sharp on Friday evening and ends at 3:00 pm on Sunday. Please plan travel accordingly as needed. Denver (DEN) is the closest airport, approximately 1 hr from the training location.
