Retreat is a place to turn yourself inside out, giving up what no longer works and taking forward the practices and tools to live your most empowered and peaceful life with ease because  . . .

If not now, when?

Why do people go on retreat? Why would people pay money to be in silence, talk about uncomfortable things with strangers and/or learn how to be alone with themselves?

Lots of people tell me they are busy, they have to spend their money on other things, they’ll just download an app. To take time off work, leave home and spend money to go on retreat is not something they want to do.

As a very practical person, I get these questions. So, please allow me to tell you the why.

For those who have tried meditation, you know how hard it is to get your body still, to be willing to watch your mind. Our thoughts jump from past to future, to “I gotta…” to random thoughts and more all day. That is normal. Our minds are MEANING MAKING MACHINES.

Every time we think about these things, our attention and, therefore, our energy goes to these things, draining our time and energy.

Our inability to hold ourselves and know ourselves often translates to us giving away our time and energy to the people and circumstances who matter least, who hurt us, strangers on social media, our in-laws, our exes, co-workers and on and on because when we think about these things, we draw our energy away from us and away from the present moment. The more you leak energy from the present moment, the less power you have to create a life you want from clarity and willingness and purpose.  Moreover, our brains live in past/future so there is really no creativity or possibility there.  What it is you need and want comes from being IN your body, IN this moment, IN the experience, NOW HERE not lost in thought or NO Where.

When you go on a retreat with us, what you will get is connection to yourself and others, connection to the amazing present moment where all your possibilities exist, connection to awareness and understanding that you have been seeking while circling the drain in your mind. This is where all the magic lies. This is where you access your capacity to create a life you want to be a part of, rather than living a life you keep trying to escape from.

I invite you to join us for a retreat. This year. Next year. Just do it soon because time and the world wait for no one. And if you aren’t living the life you want then come on retreat and learn how to begin again and create the life you crave and deserve. A life full of peace and ease and presence, with you at the center.

What People Are Saying.

“As always, so satisfied! I got to be cared for in all the most filling ways while doing deep work, connecting with others and nature, and refreshing my toolbox.”

— Natalie

“I most valued the ability to connect to others and recognize that we all have fears that keep us from being the awesome humans we were destined to be, that healing can assist us in living to our full potential but it is uncomfortable.”

— Heather

“Taylor is "the real deal." Taylor was experienced, professional, and passionate about her work. It was awesome to see her lead and speak about an idea she is passionate about - strangers connecting in vulnerability - and see it unfold in front of me. Her sense of humor helped make emotionally difficult topics and concepts relatable & easy to understand. She also cracked me up.”

— Stefan
