Retreat is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Our retreat locations are chosen so you feel fully held by the beauty and wild, restorative presence of nature. Whether you’re meandering on a silent walk, journaling beneath open skies, or sharing morning tea with fellow retreat participants, each place is intentionally chosen to support you with its powerful surroundings.

Your days will be entirely devoted to connection, within yourself, with others, and with the natural world. You’ll move, breathe, practice mindfulness, and live intentionally into some of your most meaningful days.

To get what you want from the retreat, we will support you as you challenge yourself. We remove distractions like substances and screens, inviting you to step beyond your comfort zone into something greater so that you take home something different than what you came with.

It’s no accident you’re here, considering retreat. You are ready now, exactly as you are.

A year from today, will you look back to wonder what could have been, or will you remember this as the moment that propelled you forward?

Want to learn more about yourself than you've probably ever been able to in a one week span before? Want to know what it feels like to really know that you aren't alone on your journey? Want to feel, and I mean really feel, things that you may not have ever felt before? Want to come out the other side a changed person? More brave? More empathetic? Full of love for not only yourself but also for others? That's why you want to go to this retreat.

- Mike

What’s You’ll Actually Take Home

  • Felt Shift

You won't just think differently, you'll depart with the tangible experience of no longer circling the same thoughts, but instead feeling the deep shift you've been craving. This retreat provides the power to move beyond mere contemplation to an embodied change in your perspective and well being.

  • Innate Wisdom

Participants will leave with more than new information. You'll be thoughtfully guided to embody the wisdom already within you. This experience provides the practices to bridge the gap between knowing what you want and actually living it, connecting you to your natural confidence, compassion, and courage through. This transformation means your feelings become powerful guides rather than obstacles to overcome, providing a new compass for your life's journey.

  • Surviving to Thriving

This isn't just a break or any retreat, you will leave not only refreshed but equipped with the embodied wisdom that transforms how you live, love, and lead. It's your invitation to permanently stop surviving and start living, allowing you to live your best, most intentional and fulfilling life. The journey to living your best life will be profoundly enriched by the supportive community and shared experience with fellow participants in this retreat setting.

  • Community

One of the most profound transformations our retreat participants experience is the deep sense of connection and belonging that arises through shared vulnerability and authentic community. In this space, guests realize they are not alone, finding healing and growth in witnessing others’ truths and stepping into their own. Transformation unfolds not in isolation, but through the mirror of community, where lasting bonds and awakening take root.
