Retreat is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Our retreat locations are chosen so you feel fully held by the beauty and wild, restorative presence of nature. Whether you’re meandering on a silent walk, journaling beneath open skies, or sharing morning tea with fellow retreat participants, each place is intentionally chosen to support you with its powerful surroundings.
Your days will be entirely devoted to connection, within yourself, with others, and with the natural world. You’ll move, breathe, practice mindfulness, and live intentionally into some of your most meaningful days.
To get what you want from retreat, we will support you as you challenge yourself. We remove distractions like substances and screens, inviting you to step beyond your comfort zone into something greater so that you take home something different than what you came with.
It’s no accident you’re here, considering retreat. You are ready now exactly as you are.
A year from today, will you look back to wonder what could have been or will you remember this as the moment that propelled you forward?
“I just came back from a retreat, and it was amazing, even though I have done many retreats before this, I continue to be amazed by the learning that takes place, the inspiration I gain from my fellow partipants. That after 5 days, 16 people who didn't know each other come away connected and committed to supporting each other. I learned new tools to help me with the job of being a better human and the community of people I met offered inspiration, insight, and compassion. I felt cared for, and held by each of the leaders which allowed for trust and vulnerability. I am so excited to put some of the new tools I learned into practice. I can't say enough good things about the experience.”

What you’ll actually take home.
-
Felt Shift
You won't just think differently, you'll depart with the tangible experience of no longer circling the same thoughts, but instead feeling the deep shift you've been craving. This retreat provides the power to move beyond mere contemplation to an embodied change in your perspective and well being.
-
Innate Wisdom
Participants will leave with more than new information. You'll be thoughtfully guided to embody the wisdom already within you. This experience provides the practices to bridge the gap between knowing what you want and actually living it, connecting you to your natural confidence, compassion, and courage through. This transformation means your feelings become powerful guides rather than obstacles to overcome, providing a new compass for your life's journey.
-
Surviving to Thriving
This isn't just a break or any retreat, you will leave not only refreshed but equipped with the embodied wisdom that transforms how you live, love, and lead. It's your invitation to permanently stop surviving and start living, allowing you to live your best, most intentional and fulfilling life. The journey to living your best life will be profoundly enriched by the supportive community and shared experience with fellow participants in this retreat setting.
-
Community
One of the most profound transformations our retreat participants experience is the deep sense of connection and belonging that arises through shared vulnerability and authentic community. In this space, guests realize they are not alone, finding healing and growth in witnessing others’ truths and stepping into their own. Transformation unfolds not in isolation, but through the mirror of community, where lasting bonds and awakening take root.
Your Retreat Guides
For over a decade, Humanity Shared has been crafting and leading immersive retreat experiences designed to give you something different, something of value.
Founded by Taylor White Moffitt and co-owned by Kim Locke, we see our role as leaders as an honor. We understand the courage and effort it takes to commit to this work and step away from daily life, and we hold both you and your time with reverence.
Meet Dr. Keelin Regan-Reed PT, DPT
We are honored to have Dr. Keelin Regan-Reed PT, DPT join us on retreat to offer her services as an Orthopedic and Neural Manual Physical Therapist who specializes in Neural Manipulation. Known as "The Nerve Whisperer" by her patients, Dr. Regan-Reed brings over 25 years of experience helping people unlock chronic patterns held in their bodies—the very patterns that often surface during deep emotional work.
As we move through the transformational practices of retreat, your body may reveal places where old emotions, traumas, or stress have been stored. Dr. Regan-Reed's unique ability to work with neural restrictions and biomechanical imbalances offers a beautiful complement to our somatic and embodied experiences, helping you release what your body is ready to let go of while supporting your system's natural healing capacity.
Guests will have the opportunity to book individual sessions with Dr. Regan-Reed throughout our time together (one session included in tuition, additional sessions will include a fee), creating a powerful integration between the emotional breakthroughs and physical release that often accompany true transformation. Whether you're experiencing chronic pain, tension, or simply want to support your body through this deep work, her presence offers an additional layer of care for your healing journey.

SHARED LODGE ROOM (2 beds in each room)
By the end of the retreat, I don't think a single person was ready to leave; we'd created such a beautiful bubble together! But of course the real work is taking that bubble back with you into the world at large. That can be a difficult process, because retreats aren't a "hack", or a panacea; all your old patterns and problems are still waiting for you back home, but you now have a new way of relating to them. Months after my retreat, I can still feel the ripples reverberating through my life, and can see how I've changed both internally and externally as a result. In short, I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone who's even vaguely interested in taking a break from the rush of daily life, deepening their awareness of themselves, and building connection with others. It really is that simple! - Daniel
