Join us for this workshop designed to help you bridge the gap between knowing what you want and actually living it. Through embodied practices that shift awareness from endless thinking to the wisdom residing in your body, you’ll discover practical tools for self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-expression.
What You’ll Take Away:
Nervous System Regulation Techniques - Discover practical methods to shift from reactive survival patterns into a regulated state where clarity and confidence naturally emerge
Movement & Meditation Practices - Experience practices that help you feel the shift you’ve been craving rather than just thinking about it
Feelings as Your Guide - Transform your relationship with emotions, learning to use feelings as powerful navigational tools rather than obstacles to overcome
This experience offers a taste of our approach, where your direct experience of these practices illuminates new pathways forward. This is for anyone curious about a different way of being that helps them move from autopilot and into intentional living. Join us to experience embodied wisdom that transforms your daily life through practical tools you can use immediately.

Taylor White Moffitt, MSW, EmC II
Founder | Embodiment Coach
As a 30+ year psychotherapist turned coach as well as a yoga, mindfulness and leadership facilitator, my intention has always been to work myself out of a job. My belief is that each of us already has the wisdom, knowledge and information needed to make shifts in our lives. From the place of “I already am everything I need” my job is to support clients and students inward to see their own truths, to honor them, while communicating with compassion and neutrality. My passion lies in developing the potential in humans—as leaders, as professionals, as yoga students, as parents or spouses, as whole beings. However you connect with Humanity Shared, we will ask that you be intentional and mindful while adding the trifecta of movement, meditation, and personal work. This path invites you to shed your insecurities and open your heart so you can be seen and heard by your own self and others. -

Co-Owner | Embodiment Coach
Finding and expressing my authentic self has been the most liberating experience of my life. Through self inquiry, yoga, meditation, and other forms of mindfulness, I've found my life's passion which is to advocate for human connection while fostering authentic, truthful living. Each of us carries a unique light and power. I guide my clients in quieting distractions, courageously peeling back layers, and staying curious to uncover answers from their embodied wisdom.
After a decade in SaaS implementation consulting, I saw the need to integrate mindfulness and self-awareness into every workplace, classroom, and home. Living into our potential and mastering the skills for a regulated nervous system will invite an awakening within that ripples outward, giving others permission to do the same.
