Decompression Walks, now Humanity Outdoors, Are Back with a Fresh Spin!
As the warmer seasons arrive, we're excited to announce the return of our outdoor experiences led by Hanna Hunter! This year, we're shaking things up by transforming these walks into engaging outdoor experiences designed for you to detach from your work and reconnect with yourself, nature and community in service of a fresh start the next day. Look forward to a range of experiences from silent walks, to hiking experiences, frisbee in the park and collaborations with new partners like Wild Gym for rucking. We will also include events in nature like a full moon hike and wildflower walk.
An outdoor experience will be offered the second Tuesday of each month along with a second monthly offering based on engagement. If there is something specific you would like to do, let us know!
Our first walk of the season is coming up on April 8th, 2025 at 5:30pm and will be a hike of the Anemone Loop. It is 3.4 miles with ~600 ft elevation gain. Dogs are welcome. Come get outside and leave your busy day behind you!
We will meet at the Centennial Trailhead off of Mapleton Ave at 5:30pm.
Please bring water, a snack, a headlamp and clothing appropriate for the weather.
