TRANSFORMATIONAL WELLNESS RETREAT

MENTAL HEALTH. MINDFULNESS. MOVEMENT

CRESTONE MOUNTAIN ZEN CENTER

Crestone, CO

September 8-13 2024

If you’re considering retreat, there’s some discomfort right out of the gate. Taking time for yourself, time away from work/family, investing money, meeting strangers, trying to find the “right” retreat at the “right” time.

To keep it clear, simple and powerful, ask yourself these questions below to find out if what we are offering is what you are looking for? The answers to these questions are your answer.

  • Are you stuck in a rut, and in need of a reset to re-center yourself? How would you feel if you could spend 5 days in a beautifully held, intentional and serene environment, surrounded by nature and like-minded people, while learning and moving towards yourself with mindfulness, movement and mental health practices that can help you transform your life for the better?

  • Do you feel like stress, anxiety and other negative emotions are taking a toll on your overall well-being and quality of life? What if you could take a break from your daily routine, unplug from technology, and focus on cultivating a calm and peaceful mind, while also engaging in physical activities that promote vitality and health?

  • Are you looking for an opportunity to connect with your inner self, and gain a deeper understanding of your true nature and purpose in life? How would you like to explore various holistic practices such as meditation, yoga, and breathwork that can help you tap into your inner wisdom and unlock your full potential?

  • Have you been feeling disconnected from others, and craving meaningful human connection? What if you could be part of a supportive community of individuals who share your values and aspirations, and who are all committed to personal growth and transformation?

  • Are you ready to take a proactive approach to your health and well-being, and invest in yourself? How would it feel to come back from a 5-day retreat feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and equipped with powerful tools and practices that can help you navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace?

Retreat is a magical, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Although many people attend our retreats annually, it is different every time.

The locations are curated for you to feel held by the natural beauty of the ocean, the mountains, and so much the outdoors has to offer.

Be it meandering on a silent walk, journaling outside or sharing morning coffee and tea with others on retreat, the places we chose are potent and have a power to them.

Your days will be 100% about connecting to yourself, the humans around you and the natural world. You will be moving, breathing, meditating and mindfully living into some of your richest days.

It will also challenge you.

We intentionally remove distractions like substances and screens and ask you to step out of your comfort zone into something bigger. Into a bigger version of you.

It is not an accident you are here, that you are considering retreat.

You are ready now.

Will you regret it a year from now or will it have helped catapult you to your next place?
