• Taylor White Moffitt, LCSW (she/her)

    FOUNDER

As a psychotherapist in Colorado for 25+ years, as well as a yoga, mindfulness and leadership facilitator, my intention has always been to work myself out of a job. My belief is that each of us already has the wisdom, knowledge and information needed to make shifts in our lives. From the place of “I already am everything I need” my job is to support clients and students inward to see their own truths, to honor them, while communicating with compassion and neutrality. My passion lies in developing the potential in humans—as leaders, as professionals, as yoga students, as parents or spouses, as whole beings. However you connect with Humanity Shared, we will ask that you be intentional and mindful while adding the trifecta of movement, meditation, and personal work. This path invites you to shed your insecurities and open your heart so you can be seen and heard by your own self and others. My work is built around healing in community rather than our heads, truth telling with compassion, sharing our real sh*t by risking and being courageous, ultimately leaving us in our greatness with the peace, ease and freedom we all want and deserve.

    MINDFULNESS INSTRUCTOR + RETREAT ASSISTANT

I help a wide range of clients with a mindfulness-based approach to psychotherapy. I believe my clients possess everything they need to achieve mental health and wellness. My job is to simply help clients tap in to their own inner wisdom. I am open, supportive, and empathetic. I offer honesty, insights, and a path to help clients become the person they want to be.

I am a wife, mother to five, and a 30+ year mindfulness and yoga practitioner. As a leader in Humanity Shared, I also assist in leading programs and retreats to create deeper personal awareness and peace for all our students.

    DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

I am a seeker of authentic connection, am contemplative and someone who looks to find creativity and joy even in life’s most challenging times. I have had a colorful career path as a special education teacher, caseworker for Advocates Against Battering and Abuse, restaurant server for 20 + years, interior design assistant and for the past 3 years the pulse behind all things, Humanity Shared. My work has taught me many things but most importantly given me a deep appreciation for personal connection and growth. I live in Longmont with my husband, dogs and am the mom of two boys who continue to teach me my most painful, humbling and beautiful lessons. On my days off, you’ll find me with coffee in hand at Pilates or somewhere outside on a walk with friends, my dogs, my camera, skiing or biking.

  • Kim Locke (she/her)

    PROGRAM LEADER + RETREAT ASSISTANT

Finding and expressing my authentic self has been the most freeing experience of my life. Through self inquiry, yoga, meditation, and other forms of mindfulness, I've found my life's passion which is to advocate for human connection while fostering authentic, truthful living.

At this very moment, there is a light and power that lives in each of us. I serve as a guide for my students to quiet distractions, courageously peel back the layers and stay curious so that they may find answers from their embodied wisdom.

Living in alignment with our truest selves will invite an awakening within that ripples outward, giving others permission to do the same. This, I believe, is how we make an impact on the world. As a leader, I value walking the talk, cultivating fearlessness, being genuine, and prioritizing self care so that we can show up fully for ourselves and those around us.
